We use and develop open-source simulation software as part of the SimVascular project. Our high-performance solvers are typically written in C++, and we use Python for pre- and post-processing.
Some of our solvers include:
- svFSIplus: 3D multi-physics for cardiac (electro)mechanics and fluid-structure interaction
- svOneDSolver: 1D fluid dynamics
- svZeroDSolver: 0D lumped-parameter networks
