The Computational Biomechanics Laboratory is starting at Yale BME in July 2024. We develop personalized computational models of the cardiovascular system. Our vision is to:

• Predict disease progression with computational models of cardiovascular adaptation.
• Prevent heart failure by quantifying patients’ risk early and selecting the best therapy.
• Promote recovery by optimizing therapies and medical device design.
